About its Founder

The company was founded by Joe Morales, a New Orleans native with strong family and business ties to the area. Joe is an alumni of De La Salle High School and an engineering graduate from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge. After graduating from LSU, Joe relocated to Dallas, Texas where he has worked in the high technology, telecommunications and contact center fields for over 30 years. Using his strong technical background and education, he has a successful track record of growing and developing technology based companies. He has held a number of senior management roles in engineering, sales, strategic alliances and business development. Joe has worked for several prominent Dallas corporations including Texas Instruments and IEX and also has advanced degrees in engineering and engineering management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. After Hurricane Katrina devastated the New Orleans area in 2005, Joe focused his wide array of business, technical and management skills on the recovery efforts in New Orleans. Through his leadership, the company has successfully completed several restoration projects and helped the historic Uptown area of New Orleans regain its viability as an attractive and charming residential and business community.
